Octavia Arm Chair

The Octavia Croco Armchair is a superb example of high-quality rattan wicker. Wicker is a natural material woven from plant fibres, renowned for its sturdiness (think of the wicker gondolas attached to air balloons). It was known to pharaohs in Ancient Egypt and valued by Victorians throughout the then Empire for its practicality and lightness. Here, the wicker is left unfinished (Croco).

Best used for outdoor. Includes cushion.

Contemporary Design
The design of this indoor armchair recalls the organic lines of the English Arts & Crafts Movement, but with a contemporary twist. The curve of the arms sweeps up in a continuum to form the curve of the back; the skirt of the chair sweeps out subtly to echo this line. Such styling means it sits happily in traditional interiors and more modern settings.

Generously proportioned, the Octavia Croco is extremely comfortable and ergonomically designed to accommodate the sitter's legs. The back of the chair offers wonderful support and the cushion makes the seat feel luxurious.
