Delivery Policy
Overview
Delivery will be arranged within two working days, subject to product availability. Currently, House of AnLi delivers to locations in Singapore only. We are happy to accept orders from outside Singapore, provided you arrange for your own shipping.
In-Home Delivery
House of AnLi offers a one-stop solution where your purchased goods are delivered to your home, unpacked, and assembled by our delivery team.
- Free Delivery: We deliver free of charge to your residence in Singapore for purchases of $400 or more.
- Exclusions: This free delivery threshold applies to full-priced items only. Sale items do not contribute toward the $400 minimum spend.
- Standard Rates: For orders below $400, or orders consisting of sale items, standard delivery charges will apply.
Scheduling & Success
- Slots: For your convenience, House of AnLi offers delivery 5 days a week with two delivery slots per day.
- Delays: Our team will do their best to meet agreed timings. However, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice where possible.
- Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive it at the arranged time, a re-delivery charge of S$50.00 will apply.
Access & Surcharges
- Staircase Charges: If there is no lift landing, or if an elevator is too small for the items, a surcharge will be applied by our freight forwarder. A fee of S$60.00 (exclusive of GST) for every two levels applies if goods must be carried up stairs.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all delivery pathways (hallways, elevators, and rooms) are clear and provide adequate space. Our team delivers through main entrances and doorways only—not through windows or rooftops.
- Information: Customers must inform House of AnLi of any access difficulties (stairs/small lifts) at the point of purchase.
Liability & Safety
- Safety First: We will not deliver goods in any way that risks the safety of our team or the integrity of the items.
- Property Protection: House of AnLi cannot be held responsible for damage to floors or carpets if they are not sufficiently protected by the customer.
- Financial Loss: House of AnLi is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss or damage suffered due to delivery delays or rescheduling.
- Furniture Removal: Our team is not responsible for the removal or disposal of used furniture, nor for re-arranging existing furniture to make room for new items.
Storage Fees
Storage of goods at our warehouse after purchase is subject to space availability. If storage is required for longer than one month, a storage fee of 5% of the goods' value will be charged per week.
