How can you reach us?
How long does it take for delivery?
The delivery time will be depending on the type of furnishing.
For sofas and sleeping solutions : 2-4 Weeks.
For cushion and pillow covers : 1-2 Weeks.
Delivery time will commence from date of order confirmation and receipt of payment.
What happens after order is confirmed?
Upon confirmation of the fabric and payment, we will organize pick up of your sofa (for reupholstery).
You will receive an estimated delivery date for the order.
Could I view the linens beforehand?
Yes, please feel free to view our 100% Belgian
linen from Libeco in our store at Level 3, Tanglin Mall.
Can I request for any refund or exchange?
Should you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect upon delivery, we will replace or repair the item. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.
Our Sofas are are made to order according to the customer’s taste. We use fine quality Belgian Linen for all our upholstery projects.
All of our sofas, armchairs and sleeping solutions are covered by a three (3) year structural warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty specifically relates to frames, suspension, and support, and ensures that your purchase is free of defective workmanship in furniture that is subject to normal application, and has been carefully maintained and used sensibly.
The filling inside our sofa covers or cushions will soften with normal use over time and conform to the shape of the user. This is considered normal wear, and is not considered a loss of resilience or a material manufacturing defect. In addition, this warranty doesn’t cover or include linen covers, since by their very nature, these fabrics are soft in texture and will crush, shade and mark more readily than most fabrics. These characteristics will in no way be considered as defective.
