What started as a playful game of words in Greek resulted in the name of Anne-Jean Liétaer's culinary adventure: Pano Kato, opened in 2018. The name reflects the spirit of Mediterranean dining, simple, unpretentious, and shared, found at House of AnLi & Pano Kato on Level 2 of Tanglin Mall.

The Greek origin of the words Pano Kato nods to the Mediterranean cuisine served in all its simplicity. Simple, unpretentious, pure: these are the key words behind Anne-Jean's taste for delicious home cooked style food, made using great ingredients from the Mediterranean Sea and region.
