Virginia Soft Amaretti are traditional Italian soft almond-style biscuits, made according to a simple recipe featuring the rich flavour of almonds and apricot kernels.
Their soft and delicate texture is combined with the characteristic flavour of amaretti, with a pleasant sweetness from sugar and honey. The recipe contains 36% apricot kernels and 7.5% almonds, which give these biscuits their distinctive aromatic profile.
These amaretti are gluten free and are perfect on their own, with coffee or tea, or served alongside creams, desserts and sweet wines.
