Year after year, this wine tool has been studied down to the finest detail to perfect its efficiency, make it easier to use, and guarantee that it is airtight. Once in hand, its weight is reassuring, worthy of a true craftsman’s tool. We have increased its air extraction capacity to reduce the oxygenation process to a minimum, shortly after the bottle has been opened.
With its metal chrome finish, the Gard’Vin On/Off vacuum pump is a beacon of ingenuity. This L’Atelier du Vin patented model has been a must-have wine accessory for the past 20 years and has been adopted by many professionals and amateurs of exceptional wines. The clever sealer visually indicates whether or not the bottle is airtight, to ensure that your wine does not turn.
